Environetics Welcomes New Team Members

Environetics is pleased to announce that Irina Apeltsin, Jennifer Leone and Andrea Polaski have joined the firm.

Irina joins as a plumbing and fire protection designer, offering over 30 years experience with academic, corporate, pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. Irina most recently was with IPS.

Jennifer Leone,PE, a graduate of Drexel University, joins the firm as a mechanical engineer. She has served a variety of academic, corporate, healthcare and industrial clients throughout her career. Jennifer was most recently with Ballinger Architects & Engineers.

Andrea joins the firm’s interior design team as a recent graduate of Philadelphia University. She had previously interned with Environetics.

Environetics Participates in Liberty Property Trust’s 12th Annual 5K Run/ 1 Mile Walk

Environetics is proud to have participated as a Platinum Sponsor in Liberty Property Trust’s (New Jersey) Annual 5K Run/ 1 Mile Walk. All proceeds from the event benefit Child Life at the Virtua Memorial Pediatric Pavilion.

On April 29th, team members from the firm’s Englewood Cliffs and Philadelphia offices attended a scholarship benefit for the College of Mount Saint Vincent held at the NY Public Library.

On April 25th, a group from the firm’s philadelphia office attended the Grand Finale Gala for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Man & Woman of the Year. Environetics was proud to be a bronze sponsor.

Environetics Participates in Canstruction 2013

Environetics is proud to participate in the 2013 Canstruction event on display at Liberty Place through April 21st. Canstruction is a charity design-build competition committed to ending hunger sponsored by the AIA Philadelphia. Locally the completion benefits Philabundance and this year the event raised over 20,000 cans.

The team’s Farm Fresh display plays to one of Philabundance community programs. Anthony, is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he received a Bachelor of Architecture. Anthony’s previous work experience includes Onion Flats, Bloomfield& Associates and Mancini Duffy.

Saturday Spent Photographing Environetics’ Accolade Project

We spent the day at a photo shoot for our Accolade project, the relocation and expansion of 90,000 RSF in three (3) phases. The design achieves the organizations new vision for the workplace to align with and support the corporate culture, organizational structure and functional workflow.

New Lourdes Health System Facility in Cherry Hill, New Jersey Featured in South Jersey Biz

A recent article in South Jersey Biz Magazine features the New Lourdes Health System Facility currently under construction in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Environetics is providing Architectural, Interior Design, Structural Engineering and MEP Engineering services for the conversion of a former supermarket into a 50,000 SF ambulatory care center.

Environetics Welcomes Hunter Proctor

Environetics is pleased to announce that Hunter Proctor, EIT has joined the firm’s Structural Engineering team. Hunter, a graduate of University of Michigan and Pennsylvania State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Master in Civil Engineering respectively. Hunter’s previous work experience includes the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and EagleSim Corporation, a consulting firm specializing in finite element analysis software development.
